DustBox + AirScrap = DustScrape

Diese Kombination aus DustBox und AirScrape ergibt ein hochwirksam System gegen Staubentwicklung.

Durch diese Ergänzung können bestehende Entstaubungsanlagen 40-50% effektiver arbeiten und gleichzeitig wird Energie eingespart. Mehr Effektivität heisst aber auch, dass der Wartungsbedarf der Anlage stark gesenkt wird. 

 In manchen Fälle konnte man sogar, durch den Einsatz des DustScrapes komplett auf die Entstaubungsanlge verzichten und energie- und staubfrei arbeiten.

AirScrape^® is a conveyor belt skirting system, which has been developed, patented and manufactured in Germany, to pristine quality, safety and environmental standards. With its unique technological solution, it is the world’s first and only air skirting for conveyor belt systems.

Ideal Supplemet to the AirScrape-Like AirScrape®, the TailScrape is a transfer tail skirting that works according to the Venturi concept. The intelligent blade structure on the underside ensures that negative pressure is created in the conveying area. Nothing can escape through the millimeter-thick gap because the negative pressure allows air to flow in. Dust generation and spills are reduced by up to 100%. The TailScrape works without contact to the belt and can therefore be operated permanently without maintenance. Used together with the AirScrape, the TailScrape saves considerable costs and resources.
