The WV5800M rotary encoder is a magnetic rotary encoder with a solid shaft design, custom-designed for use in mobile machines. The encoder impresses with its E1 certification and a compact and extremely robust housing. Position and speed are recorded precisely and reliably even under the toughest requirements. Combined with wire-actuated encoders, the WV5800M can also be used for reliable linear position monitoring.

The SG30 is a very robust and compact wire-actuated encoder. It has been utilized in many applications including crane and work platform positioning, storage, and retrieval machines, etc. The wire-actuated sensor has a measuring range of up to 3,000 mm. Thanks to the symmetrical arrangement of the mounting straps, the SG30 can be mounted in any orientation. The housing is made of die-cast zinc and impact resistant plastic providing a high degree of stability and reliability, even under extreme external conditions. The lockable ventilation openings prevent the accumulation of condensation inside the unit. The flexible cable grommet compensates for mechanical tolerances and increases the service life of the sensor. Finally, the SG30 is available with various analog outputs, wire types and wire suspensions, which enables easy system integration.

The SG61 is a universal wire-actuated encoder with measuring lengths up to 6,000 mm. Thanks to its robust design, it provides a high degree of stability and reliability even under extreme external conditions. The flexible cable grommet compensates for mechanical tolerances and simultaneously increases the service life of the sensor. The SG61 provides a high degree of flexibility thanks to freely selectable rotary encoders. For example, the wire-actuated encoder can be combined with incremental and absolute rotary encoders which have a mounting flange of max. Ø58 mm. In combination with a safety rotary encoder, this unit can be installed in a safety system with a rating up to safety performance level PLd. Finally, the SG61 is available with various wire types and connection methods, which enables easy system integration.

The SGH10 is an absolute wire-actuated encoder for position and speed measurement. The sensor has been developed using our more than 30 years of experience in wire-actuated encoder sector. The new measuring system eliminates the costly need of boring of the piston head and rod. As a result, integration costs are reduced in comparison to other measuring systems. Additionally, the weakening of the piston and rod is eliminated along with the boring. Another highlight: The measuring system can even be used in telescopic cylinders! Using its teach-in function, the measuring range can be adjusted to any measuring length and consequently a high degree of flexibility can be achieved. Thanks to its robust design and high vibration and shock resistance, the SGH10 impresses with its high reliability and low failure rate. In addition, the housing enables use in a temperature range from -40° C to 105° C. The optionally available mounting accessories also ensure easy installation in various hydraulic cylinders.
