The latest intelligent pilot control unit guarantees excellent pilot control of the main spool in the customer's system thanks to a high degree of precision and speed. The elimination of an additional low-pressure supply circuit, contributes not only a simplified installation process, but also ensures that the system is robust against external influences such as pressure and temperature fluctuations, viscosity, or contamination.

The Integrated Pilot Head (IPH) is a proportional pressure-reducing valve that is ideally suited to compact machinery. Because all hydraulic functions are contained within the solenoid, without the well-known protruding valve sleeve. This innovative design ensures a compact and space-saving form factor while delivering an impressive performance and a flow rate of 2.5 l/min. What is more, the IPH also makes the integration easier, since there is no need of a valve cavity, as the connection interface does not require any time-consuming machining operation. The innovative sealing gasket include a filter, which protect all hydraulic ports and make the valve robust against contamination.

The new, further improved PPCP09 HF 2.0 pressure-reducing valve for power shuttle transmissions is designed to make everyday work much easier – it’s all about convenience. The EHA is a highly integrated system developed by Thomas to meet the demanding requirements of communal vehicles, concrete pumps, cranes and tractors. It comprises two proportional pressure reducing valves, installed in a housing together with an electronic control unit and a redundant Hall sensor system. The sensor system allows to precisely adjust and monitor the position of the main spool in the customer's system.

The Compact Pilot Actuator (CPA) features impressively small dimensions: it is the only proportional control valve for the off-highway sector to be a mere 26 mm wide.
